Trump wants there to be violence, chaos and death on our streets. Because he believes it will help him politically. Pretty astounding thing to say about an American president, huh? But it’s true. He wanted Jan 6th to be violent because he wanted the election overturned. He wants violence on our streets in 2026 because he thinks it’ll help him win the midterms. Don’t give it to him.

I confess to being surprised that so many people and so many leaders here and around the world STILL haven’t accepted the truth about Donald Trump. After all these years, so many people still don’t want to acknowledge who Donald Trump is. I know it’s a scary truth, but people better accept it. Because he needs to be stopped.

Five years ago today, our Capitol was attacked. Not by foreign armies. By American citizens. In a violent attempt to overthrow an American election. These Americans were led and inspired by the lies of a traitor to this country. That traitor, that enemy of democracy, is back in power 5yrs later. We will never be the same.

Invading Venezuela and kidnapping its leader was illegal, unconstitutional, and immoral. Trump had no legal authority to do it. It was just wrong. But every day for the past ten yrs, Trump has done illegal, unconstitutional, and immoral things. And we’ve NEVER held him accountable for any of it. So who’s to blame him for thinking he can do whatever he wants?

An American president committed crimes trying to overturn an American election. And the American people put that president back in power. The problem isn’t Trump. The problem is us. The problem is the American people. If we don’t care about our democracy, we’ll lose it. Happy New Year.

Anything can happen in 2026. Be ready.

Performer cancellations at the Kennedy Center continue to pile up. Now the entire New Year’s Eve show has been canceled. All because Trump illegally put his name on the Center. And Trump and his sycophants are complaining about it. Tough luck. This is the market and the resistance at work.

By now, everyone should acknowledge the truth. Donald Trump is on Russia’s side. He works for Putin. As mind boggling as that is to acknowledge, we must acknowledge it so we fully understand what we’re dealing with. The leader of the free world is not on the side of the free world. He’s taking his marching orders from Putin.

I don’t care what your politics are, I don’t care if you’re MAGA right, far left, or somewhere in between. Darn near every American knows America isn’t okay right not. We’re just not. Something is wrong. We’re not okay. And if we want to stay together as a nation, we need to figure out why we’re not okay.
