Going to the gym and working out alone can be challenging. Sometimes it can be difficult to ask someone to spot you or help you out. But having your significant other work out with you is a whole different story. In this episode, power couple Jade and Dan Simmons join Charlie as they chat their way through how training and dieting life is like having each other as their training partner.


Jade shares what not to do while being your husband’s training partner, while Dan shares the struggles of training together. The couple also reveals the top three tips and tricks when training as a couple. Understand that you are going to be going through the journey at different rates but still support each other. But also remember that you still have a relationship. At all costs, do not let an argument or anything negative pop up because that will mess up your session.
