What is Being a New Mother Really Like?

Welcome to The Safe Space.

Today I am joined by my sister Shera Stemer. She and I discuss what it is like being a new mother. She has a 6 month old boy named Max, and we dive into real talk about both the joys and the difficulties of it. What it was like being 9 months pregnant, and what it's like having this little entity that you are now responsible for. We also talk about the difficulties and how many people just try to pretend motherhood is all sunshine and rainbows, and we touch on whether or not her baby is REALLY that cute.
