In this episode of the top-ranked Real Life Sport show, I chatted to GB & England Professional Hockey player Tess Howard. We spoke about her recent return to Pro match play after her 12-month layoff with an ACL injury. The future of Hockey and how she sees the need for kit changes for women and girls.

In this episode, I had a great chat with former International footballer Alicia Ferguson-Cook. Alicia was part of the Matilda's at the 2000 Olympics in Australia and now turned her hand to media production.We talk about the investment and conditions of Aussie football, her thoughts on the Women's Euro, and much more.

We are coming to the end of Season 1!
