When I lived in Texas, Rick Perry was running for election as the incumbent governor. A very powerful TV commercial aired with police dashcam showing him trying to get out of a ticket, ranting “Do you know who I am?” to what the commercial described as “a young, black, female police officer.” I never liked him after that because I really detest power-happy pols. When he ran for the Republican nomination for president, I tried to find that video and it had been truncated across the board…below is all that’s left. Youtube scrubbed again!
