Ep. 101

Episode 101 of The Premier 'View' Tipperary GAA Podcast sees Kevin wrestle back the hotseat and is joined for a South Tipp love-in by Stephen Cronin & Colm Purcell before Enda decided to add a bit of 'Northness' to the equation.

The lads look back on Tipps exit from the League at the hands of a Blistering 2nd half Limerick performance.

2nd half fade-outs are a topic the lads look at in general while also looking at the positives Liam Cahill can take from the League with an unbeaten run and a few new players unearthed.

They also look ahead to April 23rd and possible Tipp line-ups for that trip to Ennis. With Sean & Jamie AWOL Colm fires a bullet that mightn't be too popular on the banks of the Suir around Tom Semple's field.

  • 124. Ep. 124 - Pessimism with a side of Optimism

    55:02
Episode 124 of The Premier 'View' sees Kevin get his merry band of men back together in Premier 'View' Towers. Colm, Sean, Enda & Mike join in the conversation that centre's around our trip to Limerick this coming sunday. Munster started with a bang last weekend and Tipp join the fray in the Gaelic Grounds. There is good discussion around the team line-up and some pessimism that we haven't got from the league what we wanted. There is a small degree of optimism as Limerick stuttered to victory last weekend not through anything they did per se but another nightmare in Cusack park for a Clare keeper. There's high praise for the underage set-up in Tipp which are unbeaten this year in U17 & U20 with a couple of players at U20 ear-marked for future senior call-ups. Camogie is flying high in Tipp also with a long awaited League victory and the minors reaching an All-Ireland final. There's also a shameless plug from Mike for a Championship preview Night to be held in Cappawhite on Saturday April 27th where our own Liam Sheedy will be joined by Anthony Daly, Mark Landers, Tj Ryan & Pat Ryan to look forward to the epic battles in store in Munster this year.
