The Unpredictable Past by Lyn Behan

This is a work of fiction by an Australian author; a time slip novel with a female central character Elizabeth. It moves from modern times back to 1817 and it follows the life of Edmund Turner the son of Edward Turner who was transported to Australia in 1818 . In the novel Edmund is one of Elizabeth’s ancestors and the past and the present are woven together. This podcast is based on a talk that Lyn Behan gave at The Riddings Community Centre in September 2024.
