Welcome back to The Other Girls Podcast, in this episode myself and guest Steph Elswood, discuss our journeys with sober curiosity and how it led Steph to found her alcohol-free spirit, CAROUSE, that is taking the market by storm.
We also discussed some more personal topics as we opened up about our histories with disordered eating, and I shared with Steph why I had to stop being plant-based. In her first podcast since announcing her pregnancy, Steph also shared with us the struggles she's been experiencing throughout her pregnancy. We want to thank Steph for being so open and honest with us.
