The Pennines Are Calling

Season 1, Ep. 3

In this episode, I have a very special guest on the show to talk about their upcoming adventure. They will be hiking for 21 days, along the full length of the Pennine Way raising money for Mind along the whopping 268-mile hike! The Pennine Way is the hardest national trail in England. We talk about preparations, mental and physical, as well as exploring the motivation behind such a challenge.

A pilot episode introducing myself as The Nourishment Ninja. Taking a look to see what The Nourishment Ninja is about, why I am on this journey and some background into what led me to blogging, social media and inspired me to set up The Nourishment Ninja. Trigger warning, this episode talks about mental health, eating disorders, and a crisis admission - although very briefly.
