The nanonanofilm Improv Comedy Podcast

I went to an improv event recently where the audience of improvisers had been encouraged to solicit compliments about other improvisers. It was wonderful and made me think about how I can get better at giving compliments to this lovely community.

I've been a practitioner of meditation for a few years now. In this episode I explore how it's helped me with doing improv comedy.
