I was asked to respond to 3 emails recently at work. In each, I paused, stopped what I would usually have done, and applied the techniques I use for facilitating improv classes. Did it work?!?!

This week I continue my chat with the wonderful improviser (and ruddy good friend!), Emily Joy, to find out what her improv comedy journey has been like to date, what things she finds challenging and what aspects she loves about the art form. (Part 2).
