41. E10. Tu Lam (Green Beret / Rōnin / Call of Duty): How to Defy The Odds & Turn Your Life Around in 2025!
01:20:07||Season 1, Ep. 41How to Defy the Odds and Turn Your Life Around! This may be one the most impactful conversations you will listen to this year. The lessons learned in this interview with Tu Lam are incredibly powerful. The only constant in Tu Lam's life has been the threat of death. This started when he and his family escaped Vietnam when he was 3 years old. During this time, they were left for dead at the South China Sea, and then lived on the dirt in a refugee camp in Indonesia. Tu Lam experienced a militant upbringing from his stepfather in America, and at age 11, knew he was destined to join the Green Berets. Tu committed himself to living by the Bushido code, which shaped his life's journey. A modern warrior and tactical shooting instructor, Tu also inspired the creation of the character Ronin in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the world’s bestselling video game. Additionally, he is the founder and owner of Ronin Tactics. Today, he joins us on TMMP.►THE GUEST Tu Lam https://www.instagram.com/ronintactics/https://www.ronintactics.com/►INTERVIEWED BYJoel Huculakhttps://www.tiktok.com/@motiversityceohttps://www.instagram.com/motiversityceohttps://www.twitter.com/@motiversityceo

He Spent 71 Years In an Iron Lung And Learned We Have It Backwards (POWERFUL)
14:58||Season 1, Ep. 39These are the five most powerful lessons I learned from Paul Alexander, the person who has spent the longest amount of time living in an iron lung. During the 71 YEARS he lived in the iron lung, he became a lawyer, author, and advocate. Paul contracted polio when he was a child and was one of the worst cases ever recorded. The virus paralyzed him from the neck down, causing him to be unable to breath without the support of the iron lung. He spent the next 71 years in this machine. Paul struggled with many challenges. When power would go out, he would be left unable to breathe. He could be lonely and isolated. The only way he could write was by using a pen in his mouth. This didn't stop him, and instead of being stuck in his challenges, he used them to learn important lessons we often learn too late. By embracing these 5 IMPORTANT LESSONS, Paul was able to earn three degrees, become a successful lawyer, write a bestselling book, and inspire people around the world. Paul died in March 2024 at the age of 78, but his legacy will live on forever. HOSTJoel Huculakhttps://www.tiktok.com/@motiversityceohttps://www.instagram.com/motiversityceo38.
