Do you ever feel like you’ve got something inside you — a story, a song, an artwork, whatever — that you’re not fully expressing?
Today’s podcast guest, Chase Jarvis, says there’s a creator inside all of us, even if you’ve never considered yourself to be “creative”. And in this episode, he’s sharing his genius strategies for unleashing that inner creator so you can share the spark inside you that’s aching to be set free.

Chase Jarvis is an award-winning artist, entrepreneur, and one of the most influential photographers of the past decade. He has created campaigns for Apple, Nike, Red Bull, and more; has had gallery shows in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East; was a contributor to the Pulitzer Prize-winning New York Times story “SnowFall,” and earned an Emmy nomination for his documentary Portrait of a City. As well as founding the online learning hub ‘Creative Live’, he’s also been a keynote speaker on six continents, an adviser to Fortune 100 brands, and a guest at the Obama White House, the United Nations, the Library of Congress, 10 Downing Street, Buckingham Palace, and the DIFC in Dubai.
I’ve followed Chase’s work for ages now. While his photography is undeniably epic (seriously!), it’s his approach to creativity that truly has me swooning. Rather than a skill, he sees it as a habit that’s available to everyone — whether you’re an artist, a zookeeper, or anything in between. Through small daily actions, he says you can cultivate this important habit and channel your creative powers, transforming your life and health in the process.
So if you want to learn how to express the big ideas brewing inside you, design daily habits for self-expression, and rediscover your innate creative spirit, then buckle up and press play… this inspiring conversation is for you.

01:20:17|You are not behind. You are not broken. And you do not need to become a tech expert to use AI in a way that actually changes your life. In this episode, I sit down with Natalie MacNeil, Emmy Award-winning media entrepreneur, bestselling author, and one of the most grounded and visionary voices in the online business world, for a conversation that will shift the way you see what is possible right now. Natalie has spent years helping ambitious women build businesses that are both profitable and deeply aligned, and she brings that same clarity, warmth, and strategic depth to everything we explore here. This is not a conversation about AI as a trend. It is a conversation about AI as a tool for liberation. We talk about where to start, what most women get wrong, and how to use AI in a way that amplifies your voice rather than flattens it. We go into the limiting beliefs quietly holding women back from embracing this era, the practical ways AI can support your content, your home, your travels, and your inner work, and what it really looks like to build an AI dream team that reflects your values and your vision. If you have been curious but hesitant, or dabbling but not yet seeing the results you want, this episode will meet you exactly where you are and show you the way forward. 19:36|What if the habits that make you the most successful… look a little unhinged from the outside? In this solo episode, I’m sharing the wellness rituals I swear by, the ones that might seem extra, quirky, or unnecessary, but have completely changed my energy, focus, and ability to stay grounded when life is full. Because I’ve learned this the hard way: success isn’t strategy. It’s capacity. It’s nervous system support that lets you hold more without cracking, lead without spiralling, and show up with clarity when the calendar is packed and the stakes are real.Inside, I’ll walk you through what I actually do behind the scenes to protect my sleep, reduce decision fatigue, and make my days feel cleaner and calmer. 693: Why Your Brain Feels Broken (And What It’s Actually Trying to Tell You)
14:32|So many high-performing women look capable on the outside. Business running. Kids fed. Life moving. But internally? Overwhelmed. Second-guessing. Consuming more information yet trusting themselves less.In this episode, I unpack why the real issue often isn’t strategy — it’s your nervous system. When you’re under sustained pressure, your brain looks for certainty. So you consume more. Ask more opinions. Save more posts. But clarity isn’t found in more input. Clarity is a nervous system outcome.I share the subtle signs you’re outsourcing your intuition, why overconsumption quietly erodes self-trust, and the simple shift from calibration over consumption. You’ll learn my “One Decision, One Action” practice and a powerful 3-sentence reset you can use in real time to rebuild clean inner authority. If you’re a mother building a business or a woman carrying a lot, this episode will feel like exhale.
