Ep. 79

In this episode, inspired by the recent Irish trial for the 5-Nations XC, I look at the history and benefits of XC. I also hear from a former guest, Sonja Friend-Uhl from Florida who's an advocate of XC and coaches a successful university team. Finally, I revisit some great clips from the 5-Nations in Glasgow last year that capture the spirit and energy of the day.
