He had quite a late entrance to athletics in his mid-thirties after being a gym guy and achieved a 1.53 800m and a 3.57 1500. After a break doing triathlons from his early 40s, he came back at 51 and got a 1.59.06 800m and at 54, he got 4th in the world record M50 800m in Sweden last year.
