His poetry has been featured in Diode Poetry Journal and West Trade Review. As a YoungArts Award winner, Kim will receive a $250 prize and mentorship opportunities. He will also participate in National YoungArts Week in Miami and is eligible for additional honors, including a U.S. Presidential Scholar in the Arts nomination.
