The Looking for a Third Podcast The Feedback Loop

"Not" ...the gonads.

Season 1, Ep. 6

In this episode, Rodney's forced yet another old work colleague David Futcher, to listen to 'The Looking for a Third Podcast' and give us some feedback. They reminisce about the first job they worked on together for the Saab 95. David reveals his long time passion and love affair with, well... you'll just have to listen to the episode, won't you. The point is, they've managed to get more people to listen to their podcast and then made them appear on another show about it.

If you'd like to appear on the podcast, all you have to do is listen to any of their shows including this one. There's Episodes 1 & 2 of

'The Looking for a Third Podcast, The Feedback Loop', and if you really want to catch them out, you could give 'Rodney Beckford Isn't Funny...' a listen and see what they remember about that! The only guarantee is that whatever you choose to listen to, you'll be pleased you did. Their shows are lovingly crafted, put together by a skilled and talented producer, who also writes the summary of the episode. Oh, and did I mention ladies, he's single...

In this episode the dynamic dillywag's talk to Tandiwe Cann, a Brighton based scent specialist and financial services professional. She shares with us where she listens to the podcast, just how much it lifts her spirits and keeps a smile on her face. We find out about and how and why she'd give up living in the sunny tropical climes of sandy beached Bermuda and swap it for not so sunny pebble beached Brighton. She also shares with us why and how she credits Bermuda with salvaging her life. https://www.linkedin.com/in/salvaged-in-bermuda-b51463267/https://www.etsy.com/shop/SALVAGEDINBERMUDAinstagram.com/salvagedinbermuda/

Forest School Practitioner Claire Crowley gives our hosts feedback about the show in this episode of The Feedback Loop. She also thinks Tanya's funnier, but she is a friend of Tanya's so no surprises there then. Claire co runs a Community Interest Company that is all about giving back to the diverse community of Rutland. Inspired by the Brighton Junk Food Project, she helped set up a Community Fridge in lockdown; their sole aim being to reduce food waste, while helping feed people who either need it, or who for whatever reason find themselves struggling to make ends meet. We also talk about productive working gardens, ‘Souper Spaces’, tree hugging, yes that's a Rodney question, and a royal visit!https://www.rootandbranchout.co.uk/https://www.instagram.com/rootandbranchout/?hl=en

However it all turned out ok because child services now have enough evidence to arrest and charge Tanya for running over her son. We find out which of the hosts is the funniest, what Laura does for a living and what she'd really like to do. Also we find out who's the better driver, and who's the angry driver out of the pair of them. Tanya is now on record as saying Woking where she lives is boring.

In this episode of the listener lead show, Rodney catches up with Richard Lea an old work college he's press ganged into listening to the show. Surprisingly even to Rodney, Richard a camera man, has some stories to tell and some nice things to say about the podcast. No money has been paid, although I wouldn't rule black mail out. Richard heaps praise on the show and hosts and shares a couple of behind the scene stories of the rich and famous he's come into contact with over the years.

The very first episode of The Feedback Loop is actually the pilot episode. It went that well everybody involved enjoyed it so much, we thought we'd put it out there as an episode. The feedback Loop is an opportunity for the hosts to talk to listeners and fans of the show. All you have to do is listen to a couple of episodes of the Looking for a Third Podcast, get in touch via instagram or facebook and you too could be taking part in a recording of The Feedback Loop. You can talk to the podcasting pod heads about almost anything, but do keep in mind they're idiots and between them have less IQ points than a hamster. They really want to just talk about their show and whoever, and whatever you're up to, into or are all about. Our guest in this episode is Lindsay Jones and boy does she have some ambition. I'll say no more, other that to say it's well worth a listen, and if you think you can match Lindsay's challenge, surpass it or even fall short of it a little way. Then give the show a listen and get in touch. We'll speak to almost any one... as long as they've listened to a couple of our shows... because it's really all about us.
