Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, during a visit to Turkey, made a bold declaration of his intention to visit Gaza, despite the risks involved. Speaking at a press conference in Istanbul, Abbas vowed to travel to the Hamas-controlled enclave, stating, “Even if it costs my life, I will go to Gaza. Our people need unity, and I will not rest until we achieve it.”
