In todays chat I am talking about binge eating because... it's not spoken about enough. AND it's the most common ED in Australia.
Binge eating has become the most common concern I work with in client sessions and I am so proud of the results we're able to get. I have recently created (and soon to launch) a program designed to help those that are struggling through the bits and pieces I have learnt in client sessions.
