Claire, very publicly, spoke about the effects this had on her life physically, mentally and emotionally via her hugely popular Instagram page. Her following grew over the following years and she was a resource for support, advice and humour for not only people who were experiencing hair loss, but anyone navigating life’s ups and downs.Over time Claire’s hair grew back and thankfully has never completely fallen again since. Claire is studying trichology and is completely committed to making hair loss her life’s work and started her hair care company Trua, the title stemming from the Irish word for compassion, in 2020.Claire joins Louise on this week’s episode talking about hair loss, a topic close to many postnatal women’s hearts! She shares her journey, as well as telling us about her own pregnancies and births in this heartwarming episode
