The Land Rovers: A History Hunting Podcast
Bonjour Napoleon
Episode 22. Bonjour Napoleon.
When you find something cool deep in the mud you’re not just discovering the lost item itself, you’re unearthing stories and mysteries. And then, occasionally, you dig up memories as well.
When the boys hit a field that George hasn’t been to since discovering a second hoard of Roman silver, buried by an Iron Age Briton in response to the Roman invasion, all three possibilities combine.
And, despite discovering several finds of a lifetime in this very field, for George, it’s an unassuming find that suddenly brings it all flooding back.
