Eoin talks about his recent trip home to Ireland where he unfortunately got sick but goes on to explain the steps he used to try and control his blood sugar during his illness.


He also tells us about a super high carb meal he had while eating out and realises during the episode that it's his 13 year diabetic anniversary.
