Linda has been living with Type 1 Diabetes for over 47 years. Within that time she has certainly lived with the aim of having no regrets.
Linda is an ultra runner, and has run half marathons, full marathons (78 total), 50 mile races, and everything in between. She also successfully completed 7 marathons, in 7 days, on 7 continents. She’s even written a book about her life experiences and advice, titled, “Outrunning Diabetes: An Ultra-Marathoner’s Adventure Across the Seven Continents”.
