#105: Why Am I Annoyed?

In this week's episode, Eoin and Graham chat about why we get annoyed?

One of Eoin's clients who is training for a half marathon had a tough week of bloods which he wasn't expecting. This was the first time he had faced this problem during one of his runs and in this episode, Eoin explains how they analysed reasons for this hiccup and how he can avoid it happening in the future.

Self reflection, patience and 'monk like tendencies' are all covered and related back to great diabetes management.
