This WeekWe put the "Hot Buzz" on hold as we investigate the continuation of Netflix's streak of good movies with the Rian Johnson directed "Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery" with a massive cast of; Daniel Craig, Josh O'Connor, Glenn Close, Josh Brolin, Mila Kunis, Jeremy Renner, Kerry Washington, Andrew Scott, Cailee Spaeny, Daryl McCormack, Thomas Haden Church & Jeffrey Wright, its bound to please fans of the past 2 Mystery/Thriller/Comedy/Dramas from the director of my 3rd favourite "Star Wars" movie. Then, we move on to the highly anticipated "Stranger Things 5: Vol. 1". With only 4 episodes released, we see if it has been worth the (over) 3 year wait between seasons.....Next WeekWe deep dive into our pasts with/examine the future of "Stranger Things" by ranking our favorite characters, ranking each season, predictions for the future and more. we also may have a small "Hot Buzz" with Netflix being the higest bidder on the WB Discovery bid and much more we may have to....

This WeekOur run from last week has been halted as 2025's "The Running Man" has been plauged with reviews claiming "Mediocrity", that won't stop us from enjoying it... or will it?Next Week Something i am suprisingly excited for, 2025's "Wicked: For Good" a sequel to last years critically acclaimed "Wicked" which is an adaptation of the 2003 musical "Wicked", which is a loose adaptation of the 1995 novel, also, funny enough, called "Wicked", which is a reimagining of 1900's novel "The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" whixh was adapted into the 1939 classic "Wizard Of Oz". The sequel brings back Cynthia Erivo, Ariana Grande, Jonathan Bailey, Ethan Slater, Bowen Yang, Marissa Bode, Michelle Yeoh, and Jeff Goldblum. Colman Domingo is joining the cast, which for me means this movie tops the 2024's "Wicked", but will Conor like it? Find out next week on "The Hot Buzz Podcast"
