The Harun Rabbani Show
The Art Of Listening
We hear things, but do we listen?
One of the key components of helping mental health sufferers to heal is to have their voice heard. Most people dealing with stress, anxiety or depression (to name a few) have difficulties speaking their truth.
During this episode in the brand new season of the Harun Rabbani Show podcast, we are joined by a specialist in listening. Colin Smith helps individuals, groups and large organisations to learn to listen. Colin will be sharing some of the key ideas around listening for people with mental health issues. We also touch on the world of business. Not surprisingly, Colin Smith is professionally known as "The Listener".
