Navjot Sawhney is the CEO and founder of The Washing Machine Project, a charity that provides manually operated washing machines to deprived areas in order to fight against unpaid labour.
The charity has been active in 15 countries and has impacted over 21,000 lives.
In 2023, Navjot was presented with the Points Of Light award by UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak.
