79: Generation Rent, Affordability & The Future of Renting with Nye Jones
Season 1, Ep. 79
•
In today’s episode I sit down and have a chat with Nye Jones, Head of Campaigns at Generation Rent, a campaign group that has been fighting for more rights and protections for private renters across the UK since 2014.
We talk about what the Renters’ Rights Act has changed, how to challenge a rent increase you feel is unfair, and the debate around rent controls. I loved how open Nye was to discussing both sides, and it has definitely given me a lot to think about!
