    25:06||Season 1, Ep. 44
    This past week, I had a revelation that changed my perception of reality. I left my smartphone at home. Nothing special, right? But then I did it again and again. After three days, something happened. I started to feel peace. I felt free from all negative emotions. I still cannot believe it, but I haven't felt that happy and free since I was 15 years old. Now I'm 27. Gen Z has been imprisoned by the screens, and lost a sense of what reality should feel like. We are not supposed to feel anxious and depressed all the time as we do at the moment. We need to find our way back to being human. And there is a way. Leave your phone at home.
