In this episode, Dr. Barbara Sturm is joined by author of Cracking the Menopause and menopause campaigner, Mariella Frostrup, to talk about possible and practical solutions. Also joining them are Michelle Kennedy, founder of the social network app Peanut and Miss Menopause (a.k.a Sharon MacArthur) - one of the few experts delivering tailored menopause training to workplaces.
