    A series of unfortunate events culminates on April 12th when a bomb goes off on Fulton and Dutch Street in Lower Manhattan. At first it's suspected to be a dirty bomb, radiating 12 square blocks and blowing East into Brooklyn. A day later media outlets report an unknown illness moving across the city. The Federal Government orders a full evacuation. Some New Yorkers refuse to leave. The military moves in to evict them, capturing most, but not all. Not Conrad McGowan. He Stays. So do you. You stay. Because you want to see what happens. Welcome to New York City, population one hundred thousand seven thousand three hundred and sixty three. This is the Decline and Fall of All Y'All. Episode One.

    You are listening to the confessions of Conrad Patrick McGowan, former governor of the lower downtown. Texts of these confession are also on display in the lobbies of Stuyvesant Town, buildings 7 and 9. McGowan stands accused of conspiring with the Protective Custody Agency and being an instrumental player in luring our brethren into the Repatriation Massacre. He has chosen to remain in the quarantine to plead his case, but has been stripped of his citizenship. As Squatters, you are his judge and jury, and he awaits your verdict.     Big news hits the Quarantine and Conrad is consumed, both by the turn of events and the scene down in Astor Place. Witnessing a quarrel amongst journalist, he meets Natalie. For Conrad, this is the beginning of the incrimination, so bare close witness -- you are his judge, jury and executioner. Banishment, beheading or restoration. Welcome Back to New York City, population 107,363.

    A quarantined New York City, isolated from the mainland for years, receives news that the city of Los Angeles has liberated itself from continental oversight and become a free city. Where once New York was alone in its resistance it has now picked up a transcontinental partner. Speculation abounds about what it will all means for the city as suspicions swirl that it could be a Lenape diversion. Or just fake news. Welcome back to New York City, population one hundred seven thousand, three hundred and sixty three.

    With the opening of a Free Los Angeles, Conrad is approached by master builder Rafael Allehandre. Rafael, a notorious Manifest Destiny addict, plans to build a one-man jet to get him across the continent and land him in the sunshine state. Conrad, seeing the plan for what it is, refuses to support it, either in name or with resources. But as Rafael staggers away from the meeting, it's anyone guess as to what he will do. Welcome back to New York City, population one hundred seven thousand, three hundred and sixty three. This is the Decline & Fall of All Y'all. Episode 5.

    11:18||Season 1, Ep. 6
    Despite having explicitly rebuffed Rafael request to support his one-man trans-continental, Conrad finds himself linked to the project. Rafael uses Conrad's name around town and redirects bills for supplies his way. This forces Conrad to pay Rafael a visit in his garage workshop. He doses Rafael with the anti-narcotic Sanity in an attempt to bring him back to earth. It seems to work, at least in the short term. Long term effects, however, may differ.

    Conrad cannot shake Rafael and his attempt to make a trans-continental to a free Los Angeles. In an attempt to suppress the press, Conrad and his body guard conduct a guest edit of the Voice's walls in Astor Place, tearing down the articles of Natalie and her father, Bowman. This only leads to a backlash and Conrad is stuck with the association of Rafael and can only hope Rafael will disappear quietly.
