The International Cool Climate Chardonnay Celebration had its inaugural event 15 years ago. Since then over 70 Ontario wineries have participated. Jimmy Smith's first time at i4C was in 2024. He was the Drinks Business Man of the Year in 2019, and the WSET Global Educator of the Year in 2018. He is also one of the founders of Beare Green Winery.
