Today, Elba Lozano D’Elia joins us to share her thoughts on how to build a thriving community and humanize the workplace from virtuality. Elba is the Group Director of People and Culture at Group M (Americas); she is a member of CHIEF, a private network built to drive more women into positions of power and keep them there.
