Today is also Social Mobility Awareness Day, so we couldn’t think of a better day to launch our first series, Smashing the Class Ceiling.  In this series, Yvonne Matzk, Chair and founder of the Channel Community and CEO of Coachere, will interview and showcase some fantastic individuals. They all come from a low socio-economic background but have gone on to build incredibly successful careers in the channel by navigating the corporate corridors and smashing through the class ceiling.For our first-ever podcast guest, I couldn’t think of anyone better than to interview my good friend Aggrey Lutta, co-founder and Channel Buddy Lead for Channel Community and Business coach at CAE Technologies.
