Jake says I'm a horrible person for dredging up horrible memories about horrible sporting events. But in an idea stolen from WFAN, Jake and I list our five worst sporting disappointments in our lives. This may be an unoriginal idea but the fun we had was abundant, and certainly real.

The Jets started another rebuild on Tuesday, and it cost them a couple of very good players. But the Colts made the Jets an offer they couldn't refuse for Sauce Gardner, and to be able to trade Quinnen Williams for a first and a second after he had asked to be traded is a testament to keeping things in house. Jake and I discuss this, along with what the Jets will/should do with all this draft capital.

We're back again to discuss what will forever be known as "The Jacob Young Game", and figure out what the Mets need to do to erase this from the lexicon. Jake will then define the word "lexicon". Plus, the NFL.
