Kristin and her husband, Bart, just celebrated their first wedding anniversary, and Kristin's been super open on the show about their journey - and struggle - to conceive.

After a battery of tests, from blood work done multiple times a month to other samples, they met with their fertility specialist...and got some really difficult answers. They need to pursue IVF if they want to have a child.
