Welcome to the Backpack Chef. The backpack of mine always stood for comfort. That bag and many such have been with me on many a journey. From visiting unique places and meeting exciting people and it has many stories to share.The excitement that one has when one is travelling to the moments sitting by a pond or field when am in the jungle. To sitting in a bus contemplating life’s ironies has made me search for myself, in ways I cannot imagine.&nbsp;This podcast is all about the celebration of life. It’s not just about food, but our journeys around food. I realised earlier on that following one’s intuition pays off for the best.
