What a gathering of Cork artists is coming together on May 9th to celebrate the life of Joe Corbett, the wonderful Cork Baritone who sadly died last year. His loss is deeply felt, and the concert on May 9th brings musicians and performers home to Cork to honour his memory. Gerry Kelly and Patricia Rooney came into studio to urge Corkonians to spread the word.

This Spring, the Cork International Film Festival has a series of film screenings on the last Wednesday of each month. Elmarie Mawe spoke to the Director of Programming, Aurélie Godet.
