Elmarie Mawe went along to the Stack Theatre of the MTU Cork School of Music on Union Quay to meet the Degree students of Drama and Theatre Studies as they prepare to open Twelfth Night this week! The perfect play to take us from winter into spring.

Art Historian Dr Matthew Whyte offers a new lecture series at Triskel Arts Centre, which takes the audience on an art-filled journey through the often beautiful, sometimes scandalous, and always fascinating moments in the development of Western civilisation. The lectures can be attended as a series, but are also designed as standalone talks, which can be attended individually. Dr Whyte has lectured in Art History in University College Cork since 2014, where he completed his PhD in the art and culture of Renaissance Italy, and he spoke to Conor Tallon.

A brand new season of Independent Cinema gets underway this Thursday January 22nd, so Elmarie Mawe spoke to Jamie Monagan about what's on the calendar!

An adult musical theatre class running at the ACA Performing Arts with Aileen Coffey, sounds like the perfect place to get together and sing! So Elmarie Mawe went along to meet them ahead of An Evening of Broadway Magic where they can showcase their work so far! it sounds fantastic!
