Charting a fascinating history of the acclaimed band RubyHorse and a journey into the music industry, musician Joe Philpott has written a memoir called "All Roads Lead to Where You Are. From Bishopstown to the Beatles" and it's on sale now in Waterstones Cork and Hodges Figgis in Dublin. Joe chatted to Conor Tallon, who's been thoroughly immersed in the book since getting his hands on it!

This year's Quiet Lights Music Festival once again delivers some really special concerts and intimate venues, and Conor Tallon spoke to pianist Cormac McCarthy about some of the performances he's involved with this year.

One of the unusual and sold out events in this year's Cork International Film Festival, was the cine-concert screening of a silent film, shot in Cork, with a live orchestra playing for its premier in the Curtis Auditorium of the Cork School of Music. The score was composed by John O Brien, and the film was directed by Padraig Trehy, who chatted to Conor Tallon - who'd also been in the movie!!
