What if Self Sabotage Doesn't Exist?

Season 3, Ep. 254

In this episode Daniel talks more about subpersonalities and why self sabotage may not be a thing. If you operate under the idea that all parts of us want the best for us, but have different agendas, then the problem isn't self sabotage, but in having inner rapport... being able to communicate and find support in our subpersonalities.

The problem is that one of the dominant subpersonalities that sets forth intentions to manifest, thinks it's in charge, but it is just a another part of a fractured whole.

But this dominant subpersonality, tend to refer to this part that's not cooperating as lazy, irresponsible, inept...it doesn't seek to cooperate... it seeks to dominate, but our experience is that this other part that's not cooperating is stronger than the part of us setting the intention. It seems like self-sabotage, but its a failure to communicate.

The solution is integration.. communion.
