At the end of a mad week of rugby news, Ciarán Kennedy and Gavan Casey discuss Johnny Sexton's new roles with both Ireland and the Lions, and whether his involvement in Australia makes it a bad summer to be Finn Russell/good summer to be Sam Prendergast.
The lads also look ahead to a huge URC weekend for the four provinces, with first-placed Leinster hosting sixth-placed Ulster, as well as the Ireland's trip to face bottom side Wales who are on a 'revenge' mission in the Women's Six Nations.
