Shays coaching career spans over a decade, with stops at Marshall, Missouri, LSU, McNeese State, and IMG Academy. He began his coaching journey as a graduate assistant at Bowling Green. Shays hire adds fresh talent to Elkos staff as the Aggies prepare for another strong season.
