Are the players allowed to steal the towels? All things Wimbledon towels with Christy!
We are joined by Claire Hester the Design Director at Christy, the official supplier of Wimbledon Championship towels. We ask the big questions including: how do they really feel about the players stealing the towels and will Wimbledon run out because Iga Swiatek has so many stashed in her bag. Claire even gives the Christy top tips for stealing towels, so take note tennis players for next year's Wimbledon. Not only that but Claire reveals who Christy believes is the biggest towel thief of 2026 and it may surprise you it isn't Iga this year, listen in to find out.
They also discuss future Wimbledon towel ideas as Chris pitches the best Tennis Weekly concepts to Claire to see if any of them will make an appearance at Wimbledon next year. Shockingly some of them might! They also discuss next year's towel inspiration and tease the design direction for 2027 which will take inspiration from the 150th anniversary of the first Wimbledon championships.
