Prime London, £350,000 profit & is going 'big' really better? Ben Wilson talks!

Ben has worked in the London property market for over 15 years, initially as an agent working for two of London’s most successful estate agencies. Upon leaving property sales Ben set up Knight James and now runs the business day to day.

He has an extensive knowledge of residential property, having overseen in excess of £150,000,000 of transactions. He is especially interested in the more technical aspects of the industry and really has a passion for anything property related.

Over the years Ben has built up a significant network of contacts, across North, Central and West London, whom he uses to source acquisitions at significantly below market value.

Ben also leads the design process, working in conjunction with Nan Atichatpong, project manages the builds and sets the company's strategy for exiting each development.

He lives in Maida Vale with his partner Sam.

Uncertainty isn’t the problem. Weak decision-making is.

Are the clients actually worth having? Is there real profit, or just smoke and mirrors? What happens if one customer leaves? Are the staff stable or a revolving door? And is there hidden upside… or hidden problems waiting for me after completion? Most deals look great on paper. Very few hold up when you dig underneath.Buy well and you build momentum.Buy wrong and you inherit stress, thin margins, and a business that depends entirely on you.
