Flipping to create money, to buy BTLs and HMOs: Innova talk about being hands on

Jake and Lucy from Innova Property are Bristol based property investors.

They have been investing since 2014 and run a dual strategy of flipping properties to generate capital that they then combine with Angel finance to reinvest into their BRR model.

This dual strategy has enabled them to grow their portfolio which now consists of BTL's, SA's, HMO's and a Grade 2 listed Chapel they're in the process of converting.

They have a heavy focus on design led interiors helping them achieve better than average results whether that's selling a property on to an owner occupier, advertising on Air BnB or renting out to tenants.

Very few hold up when you dig underneath.Buy well and you build momentum.Buy wrong and you inherit stress, thin margins, and a business that depends entirely on you.
