Davinder lives 10 minutes from me, how have I only just met her know!? She is a Property Investment and creative marketing extraordinaire who also shares a love of all things YELLOW! All her properties have yellow doors, well I think I made it famous first but we won't argue, instead let's focus on her incredible story.
Not too long ago she was a Trader, in a BANK. BOO, corporate job, thumbs down. However, she escaped that and pretty quickly learnt how her awesome confidence and inquisitive nature lead her to achieve something great in Property. This allowed her the freedom to travel the world, speaking Spanish to everyone and anyone and bringing happiness to people.
She works on HMOs in Coventry, where she guts and totally rips out the interior of a house until it is a shell, then reconstructs the interior to turn 2 beds into lovely 5 beds.
