Tea & Toast - The Podcast

Valentines Special with May Coaching

Season 1, Ep. 11

Welcome to the Valentine’s special of Tea and Toast!

Today is slightly different to our usual format of Tea and Toast as I wanted to focus on Valentines day and with that, relationships with ourselves, other people and of course, some fun tips for the month of love.

Joining me today, to help talk through this, is the lovely Pippa, Founder of May_coaching who joined us in series 1.

For context, Pippa is a transformational life coach who specifically focuses on self worth and relationships and in her words, ‘starting with ourselves”.

So of course, I knew with the ethos of self love, building healthy relationships and the holiday of love - who better to have on the show that Pippa to talk through the importance of having a relationship with yourself.
