Spurs Lose In Lisbon & Graeme Souness Pays Tribute To The Queen

Hosted by Andy Goldstein, the talkSPORT Daily Podcast continues to pay tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and there was also plenty of reaction to last night's Champions League action. We start by hearing from Tottenham manager, Antonio Conte, and Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, over how their sides got on. On the Sports Bar, Jamie O’Hara and Jason Cundy both gave their reaction to last night’s Champions League games. New Chelsea manager, Graham Potter, spoke to talkSPORT, in his first press conference as blues boss about being unable to refuse the opportunity to manage a Champions League side. On White & Jordan, Liverpool legend Graeme Souness paid tribute to Her Majesty the Queen and believes she could be the greatest Briton of all time. Graeme Souness also spoke about the situation at Chelsea after the sacking of Thomas Tuchel and criticised owner Todd Boehly. England legend, Stuart Pearce, admitted he wasn’t emotionally ready to discuss the Queen’s sad passing. Chief Sports Writer for The Times Henry Winter and former Spurs strikers Clive Allen and Darren Bent, all agreed that Eric Dier should be picked for England. Heavyweight boxer, Joe Joyce, spoke about Tyson Fury vs Anthony Joshua and Chris Eubank Jr’s promoter, Kalle Sauerland, stated Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn is definitely on despite Chris Eubank Senior’s recent comments.
