FRANKLY Is It Good Enough? Thomas Frank Under Pressure!
The latest episode of the talkSPORT Daily Podcast is out now, with Majestic and former Premier League manager Alan Pardew reviewing all the weekend’s action. We start with Tottenham, where a bruising 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest saw Spurs slip to 11th, Guglielmo Vicario gifting Callum Hudson-Odoi the opener before his cross crept in for a second and Ibrahim Sangaré smashed home a stunning third. Arsenal then edged a dramatic 2-1 win over Wolves as Bukayo Saka’s corner went straight in via Sam Johnstone, Tolu levelled late on, and Mosquera’s stoppage-time own goal sealed it, though Ben White was forced off injured. Elsewhere, Liverpool beat Brighton 2-0 at Anfield with Hugo Ekitike scoring after 46 seconds before adding a second from Mohamed Salah’s corner after replacing the injured Joe Gomez, Chelsea saw off Everton 2-0 thanks to Cole Palmer and Malo Gusto, and Fulham claimed a historic 3-2 win at Burnley as Harry Wilson starred to move the Cottagers seven points clear of the drop. Enjoy!
